Returns & Exchanges

Our return & exchange window is 7 days from the receipt of your order.  If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email at support@visioneerbrand.com as soon as you have received your order. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.  To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns & exchanges due to a change of mind and minor flaws including but not limited to tiny scratches and bubbles that may occur during the manufacturing process. Rest assured, they do not affect the actual performance of our eyewear in providing eye protection.

All VISIONEER eyewear comes with a case, microfiber cloth and protective box packaging.

Digital Protection glasses have slightly yellow-tinted lenses. They filter out short-wave blue light, reduce glare from computer screens, and enhance your overall digital screen viewing experience.

Light-adaptive Digital Protection lenses are activated by the UV rays.  Excessively high or low temperature can affect the lens change. The lens won't be as dark when the temperature is too high. 

Eyewear care - Clean your eyeglasses daily with warm water and lotion-free soap. Do not use alcohol and tissue to wipe your lenses.
