How much is the shipping fee?
For orders below ₱1,000, please see below for the delivery fees.
Metro Manila (Ninja Van) - ₱59
Outside Metro Manila/Provincial Areas (Ninja Van) - ₱99
How long is the delivery?
Your package will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days) after we have confirmed your payment or order. Tracking numbers and instructions will be sent to your email after the shipment.
Metro Manila - Your package will arrive within 1 to 4 working days upon shipment.
Greater Manila & Provincial Areas - Your package will arrive within 3 to 10 working days upon shipment.
*Deliveries may be subject to delays in situations we cannot control. e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc. Working days exclude weekends and holidays.

Do you have cash on delivery?
*Failed order includes rejecting to accept COD orders & failing to receive package after the 2nd delivery attempt by our Integrated Couriers. All of which leads to order cancellation.

-For Online Banking, Bank Deposits, Remittance, Bayad Center and more, Kindly select "DRAGONPAY", then enter your Email Or Mobile# and CLICK on the "Send Instructions via Email/Mobile" Button.
-For "Cash On Delivery", please select Cash On Delivery(COD). Strictly NO Cancellations once the order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
For orders below $150, there is a delivery charge. The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. The shipping fee will be shown at the checkout after you have entered your delivery address. Every country has different rules for importing goods from abroad. You may need to pay import tax and duty depending on the local rules. Any applicable VAT/duties are the sole responsibility of the client.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?
*For prescription glasses orders, we do not allow cancellation of orders once your order is processed.

Fit GUIDE BY FRAME WIDTH
Adult
Small fit: 126 - 132 mm
Medium fit: 133 - 139 mm
Large fit: 140+ mm
Children: 115 - 120 mm (3-7 yrs old)
Pre-teens: 121- 129 mm (8-12 yrs old)
Teens: 130+ mm (13 yrs old & above)

Do you offer graded lens?
I don't have a lens prescription form. What should I do?
What is a lens index? How do I choose the right lens index?
High index lenses are suitable for higher grade power, while low index lenses are suitable for lower grade power.
Standard lens index can cater grade power from 0.00 to 3.00 grade power
Super Thin lens index can cater from 0.00 to 6.00 grade power
Ultra Thin lenx index can cater from 0.00 to 10.00 grade power
*Note. The default lens index is Standard type. Additional charges may apply for high-grade, thinner index lens and complex prescription(astigmatism /myopia / progressive /multifocal), please email our prescription team at prescription@visioneerbrand.com before placing an order if you have higher and complex prescription.
