Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange window is 7 days from the date you received your order. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email at support@visioneerbrand.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products returned due to a change of mind or minor flaws, such as tiny scratches or bubbles that may occur during the manufacturing process. However, please rest assured that such minor defects do not affect the performance of our eyewear in providing eye protection. Please also note that items that are on sale, or "less than perfect," are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

*For prescription glasses orders, please note that once your order is processed, we cannot allow cancellations.
