If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email at support@visioneerbrand.com as soon as you have received your order. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns & exchanges due to a change of mind and minor flaws including but not limited to tiny scratches and bubbles that may occur during the manufacturing process. Rest assured, they do not affect the actual performance of our eyewear in providing eye protection.
