• We offer 7 days FREE replacement of the goods if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@visioneerbrand.com. This policy only last 7 days upon receipt of product, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds and exchanges due to change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
